+--------------------------------------+ | Poriya T600 Portable Power Station | +--------------------------------------+ >>> DEC 2025 WHAT DO I LIKE ? Pretty much, everything except for what I list below in the 'What dont I like' section. The layout is good. The weight is good. The display is good. Sine wave output. Although the T600 lacks a light, that is of no concern for my needs. (The display is back-lit.) To get PD100 USB functionality, I plugged in an adapter into the cigarette lighter socket. WHAT DON'T I LIKE 1. The '12V' DC outlets on the front panel are not regulated 12V DC. Per the user manual, the voltage on those outlets can be anywhere from 12V to 16.8V This no doubt is because the outlets are connected directly to the battery (i.e. no 12V regulator in between). Some 12V DC powered equipment may be damaged by a voltage significantly above 12V. The situation is made worse because '12V' is printed next to the outlets. Instead, printed should have been '12-17V'. BTW: I see this with certain (certain, not all) other make-model of large power stations. It is if the maker thinks that users want high current rather than 12V voltage regulation. Because I want +12V for my needs, I have attached a 'voltage stabilizer' to one of the '12V' DC outlets, a stabilizer that outputs +12V. 2. When recharging the unit from a low charge, the supplied AC adapter (model J130-24005000D) gets very hot after a while, hot enough that I think carefully about what I rest the AC adapter on. I note that the supplied AC adapter is rated at 120W maximum, and yet the T600 draws up to 140W (according to the T600's display). I have to presume that the T600's maker contacted the AC adapter's maker to get verification that operation at 140W is okay. The supplied AC adapter (model J130-24005000D) gives the impression of being well built.
