XUB R625 for XT-CF-Lite V4.1.bin
The above BIN file is configured for:
• Sergey's XT-CF-Lite V4.1
• XT-CF-Lite V4.1 switches set to base I/O address (I/O port) of 300h (SW1.1 and SW1.2 and SW1.3 all set to ON)
There are two options for using the BIN file:
• With this preconfigured BIN file (preconfigured for the XT-CF-Lite V4.1), you can use an EPROM programmer to program a 28C64 EEPROM (or a 2764 EPROM).
• Or use XTIDECFG.COM supplied with this XUB version (see here) to write this preconfigured BIN file (preconfigured for the XT-CF-Lite V4.1) directly to a 28C64 EEPROM fitted to the XT-CF-Lite V4.1
If using this to upgrade from a much older version, then sometimes, you may need to redo the FDISK/FORMAT operations on the CF card.

Per the earlier file, but this one is much older (dated 2013).
You should really avoid using this version because it is very old; many bugs have been fixed since.
